Description: 
- Constructed a new warehouse by relocating an existing masonry material storage bunker to an alternate location and constructing an approximately 2,000-SF metal storage building. 
- Design and construction phases were managed by MW Services, including all required civil, structural, and electrical engineering services. 
- Required close coordination with NAVFAC representatives, design consultants, and multiple end users including Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and Navy Seabees. 
- AIT building is constructed of a three-sided retaining wall, incorporating the new retaining walls into the building, and using locally sourced steel fabricators for steel members including structural steel, secondary steel members, siding, roll-up doors, and personnel doors. 
- Building includes interior LED lighting with California Title 24-compliant controls, as well as exterior LED area lights. 
- Required construction of a new masonry materials storage bunker in an alternate location for use by the Navy Seabees.
