Description:

• Constructed a clinic main entrance lobby, entrance canopy, ambulance shelter for four ambulances, and medical equipment storage area.

• Main entrance lobby includes an EPDM roof system, drop ceiling, glass vestibule with bi-parting automatic doors, exterior glass wall, rooftop HVAC, ADA-compliant restrooms, and associated electrical, lighting, and interior finishes.

• Constructed a new canopy over the drop-off area, along with an asphalt drive, ramp, and sidewalk.

• Ambulance shelter construction included new structural framing system for the canopy, drainage gutter/downspouts system, concrete, and electrical.

• 500-s.f. storage addition included a new structural framing system, drainage/gutter downspouts, two sets of double doors, lighting, extension of existing fire alarm and sprinkler systems, interior sheetrock to match existing, and exterior painting.
